Mid week special dinner menu
One of the following dishes will be offered:

Somerset pork : pork loin steak cooked slowly in Somerset cider, flavoured with whole grain mustard
and shallot onions served with vegetables and baked potato

Chicken, leek , ham and tarragon pie

Steak and ale casserole served with roasted crispy dumplings and vegetables.~
All dishes are homemade.

A choice of two will be available from the following dishes, which are all homemade:~
Chilli con carne

Salmon en croute served with homemade ratatouille

Seafood pie ( a selection of fish and vegetables in a creamy sauce topped with flakes of crispy grated
pastry)

Coq au vin served with rice and a selection of vegetable and good bread.

Salmon and spinach cannelloni prepared with homemade pasta and served with fresh salad and
good bread.

Chicken cacciatore served with pasta or roast potatos
