Tariff

A deposit equal to the cost of the first night's accommodation is required when booking. Deposits are normally non-refundable, however if a cancellation is made with more than 14 days notice from the start date of your planned stay, then the deposit can be transferred to a future booking provided it is taken within 3 months and the full tariff is paid at the time of making the fresh reservation

Payment

Please note that we accept payment by cash, credit or debit cards. We do not accept American express credit and charge cards. Payment by cheque is acceptable provided cheques are received at least 7 days before the start of your booking. We will also accept Euros and American dollars provided that you accept the conversion charge levelled on the day of payment. We do not accept travellers cheques. We can accept payment by paypal but unfortunately we have to make a surcharge on these payments because of the high charges made by the company.

Family Rooms and Child Reductions.

In some of our double rooms it is possible to place a travel cot or a portable fold-up bed to accommodate a baby or child of up to 14 years in age. This arrangement is not however ideal and is subject to the availability of particular rooms and is only suitable for short term bookings up to a maximum of two nights.

Room Occupancy

Rooms will be available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Rooms will be serviced on a daily basis between 10am and 2pm.

Arrival

If you are planning to arrive after 6pm then a call ahead would be very much appreciated. In this way we can ensure that somebody is available to greet you and check you in. When you arrive leave your luggage in the car and come around to the front of the house. We can arrange for you to bring your luggage in through a rear door after check in.
