Breakfast is served between 8.00 am and 9.00 am in the dining room.
What’s on the menu?
A selection of teas or coffee (decaffeinated if required) will be available along with a selection of fruit juices.
Guests may then choose from a selection of cereal, grapefruit segments, fresh fruit salad, and Greek-style yoghurt before choosing one of the following:
- Full English cooked breakfast with a choice of freshly prepared fried, poached or scrambled eggs
- Poached or scrambled eggs on toast
- Smoked haddock with a poached egg or smoked salmon with scrambled eggs
Plus white or wholemeal toast with a selection of marmalade and jams.
Food is prepared freshly using locally sourced high-quality ingredients. Where items are fried we cook with vegetable oils and absolutely no hydrogenated fats. We use Black Dog free-range farm eggs and sausages from the Greendale Farm Shop.
Special dietary requirements: We shall endeavour to deal with special requirements but ask guests to discuss these with us before arrival.
